The Overview

The Lead UX Design Strategist is responsible for the aesthetic and functional soul of Baselora. You will translate complex engineering logic into high-fidelity, intuitive user experiences that WOW at first glance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the 'Momentum' Design System, ensuring absolute fidelity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Iterate on core product features with a focus on micro-interactions and sensory feedback.
  • Conduct cross-functional workshops to translate client requirements into industrial visual narratives.
  • Define the standard for typography and motion across the global Baselora ecosystem.

  • Expert-level command of Figma, Framer, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of motion logic and 'High-Stiffness' animation patterns.
